Stephanie Leann Whitaker, age 40 of Farwell, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. Stephanie was born the daughter Jerry and Kathie (Eichorn) Whitaker on June 25, 1981 in Clare. She had worked in the Food Service department at North Woods Nursing Center in Farwell. Stephanie was a lifelong resident of Clare County; she enjoyed living on the lake boating and swimming. She loved to travel with her children; especially visiting Tennessee. Spending time with her fur babies and decorating for the holidays were some of her favorite activities. Stephanie attended the Eagle Church of God.
Stephanie is survived by her children Hunter Lee Whitaker and Katie Irene Whitaker of Farwell; her parents Jerry and Kathie Whitaker of Farwell; siblings Gina Skornicka of Cadillac, Daniel, wife Bridgette Eichorn of Wisconsin and Destin Shene Whitaker of Georgia as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her grandparents.
