The new Paw Paw Senior Center officially opened its doors, Tuesday, Oct. 11, at Freshwater Community Church, 600 East Michigan Ave., with several familiar faces to seniors who were recently hired by Paw Paw Township to get the senior center program off the ground and running. Gary Schanz, shown in photo, who greeted Paw Paw Township residents and others, was hired last month to serve as the senior center’s director. In addition to games and activities, the new senior center also offers lunches.
