PAW PAW – The Paw Paw Township Board at its Jan. 8, township board meeting, accepted a letter of resignation from Supervisor Donald Stull.
The resignation was effective Wednesday, Jan. 10. Stull said in his resignation letter, “It has been a sincere pleasure working with all of you. I’ve served for 21 years with Paw Paw Township working in several different positions and have learned much and enjoyed working in each position. I leave with some sadness but know the township is in good hands with the current board and will continue to thrive and be successful.”
Paw Paw Township Deputy Supervisor Tom Palenick was appointed as township supervisor and will finish Stull’s remaining term.
Stull said, “I leave because it is time to move to the next chapter and spend more time with my wife, family, and grandkids. We will be spending more time in Florida. We will be back in the spring, and I do plan to stay involved however I can.”
