Osceola sheriff office takes 511 calls

MARION – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office took 511 calls for service for the month of December. The corrections staff booked 57 subjects into the jail between Dec. 1-31. The average daily inmate population for the month was 59 inmates.

The number of calls the office took during the month of December were as follows:

911 Hang ups-4; Abandoned Vehicles-9; Alarms-7; Animal Control-7; Area Check-25; Assaults/sexual Assaults/Threats-24; Assist to Other Jurisdictions-13; Attempt to locate-1; Breaking & Entering-6; Check Wellbeing- 22; Civil- 14; Death Notification- 1; Disorderly-8.

DNR-5; Domestic Assaults-7; Fail to Pay (Gas Drive Off)-0’ Flee & Elude (Pursuits)-0’ Follow-up investigations/Details-38; Found Property-0; Fraud-2; Hit & Run-1; Juvenile Assaults/Runaways-15; Larceny-1; Malicious Destruction of Property-4; Mental Health Calls-15; Minors in Possession- 1; Missing persons-1; Motorist Assist-10; Misc.(PPO Vio,Standby,ETC.)-39; OWI/OUID-1; Paper Service-6; Parking/Traffic Hazard-6; Personal Injury Accident-4.

Property Damage Accident- 62; Property Check-0; Retail Fraud; Road Run-Off-8; Stolen Vehicles-2; Suspicious Situation-10; Traffic Stops-121; Prisoner/Mental Transport-3; Trespass-3; Vehicle Inspections-0; Warrants-5; Weapon Offenses-0.
