Bill’s life was marked by service and dedication. After graduating, he enlisted in the US Army, serving with honor until his discharge in 1956. Just before leaving the Army, he married the love of his life, Sandria Crivac.  Over the course of his career, Bill worked diligently for Michigan Bell for 32 years, Wolfe Enterprises for 4 years, and Jays Sporting Goods in Clare, MI for 20 years. He was not only a dedicated employee but also a loyal friend to his colleagues.  Bill was a faithful member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Clare, where he served as an usher for many years. He found joy in his faith and his church community.  In his free time, Bill had a passion for the outdoors. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and spending time at the lake with family and friends. But what brought him the most joy was dancing with his beloved wife, Sandy.

Bill and Sandria (Sandy) Evans celebrated a remarkable 67 years of marriage. Their love and partnership were a source of inspiration to all who knew them. Together, they raised four children: Tina (Evans) Youngblood, Kirk (Mary) Evans, Annette (Evans) Bambach (Jeff Dennis), and Scott (Jamie) Evans.

Bill leaves behind a legacy of love and family. He is survived by his adoring grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Rachelle (Dave) Kollewher, their sons Hayden and Holden, Alicia (Gerald) Baldridge, their children Seth and Serenity, Brandon (Tana) Youngblood, their children Kyle, Tristen, and Stella, Joe (Michelle) Evans, Max (Sage) Evans, their daughter Semilla, Danielle Duncan, and children Peyton, Jace, and Sophia, Dylan Bambach, Blake (Ellerie) Bambach and Lorrin (Dexter) Rupert, their daughter Libbie.

His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Bill was truly a remarkable man whose impact will be felt for generations to come. His family, who loved him dearly, will cherish his memory and the lessons he imparted throughout his rich and fulfilling life.  Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the Our Lady of Hope Church.  On-line guestbook at www.stephenson-wyman.com
