Robert (Bob) Edward Stube of Allegan, Michigan, passed away March 22, 2023. Bob was born September 11, 1941, in Chicago to his late parents Edward and Mary (Mullner) Stube. He would move to Allegan where he would spend the rest of his life. Bob was a well revered mechanic with 60 years of experience and dedication to his craft. He could build anything from the ground up. He would start his business S & S Garage and do business locally for 50 years. Hard working, diligent, smart, intuitive, and disciplined are some of the few wonderful attributes Bob had engrained within him. He was also a collector of all sorts of things including Vintage Radios, Classic Nash Cars, and other early century treasures. Among another quality and remarkable purchase was the green 1928 National 4 Door Sedan he acquired recently. This car was a great representation of who Bob was and what he appreciated. Being able to protect and take care of things long forgotten by the world. Other than loving and caring for timeless material things, Bob truly cared for and loved his family. He was married to Patricia(Schuyler) Stube and shared jointly five wonderful children, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Bob is survived by his wife Patricia (Schuyler), children; Karen (Jeff) Mauchmar, Cindy Neese, James Huntsberger, Lee (Amanda) Wehner, and Jane (Jack) Heppe, with many grand-children and great-grandchildren.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Mary (Mullner) Stube.
