Myra Capone, 84, of Paw Paw, Michigan, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2022 with her daughters at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Capone; her parents William and Mildred Agate; Brother Jimmy and wife Gloria Agate; Sister Joan and husband John Hope.
Myra enjoyed sewing, quilting, knitting, and crafts. She was a member of the Red Hat Ladies and enjoyed going out on lunch dates. Myra was an avid gardener who loved her flowers. She was a devoted canner of fruits, vegetables and meats for many years. She passed these skills on to her two daughters. She enjoyed spending time with her niece Barb.
She is survived by her daughter Lynne (Thomas) Lounsbury, and grandson Paul Lounsbury; Son Howard Capone, granddaughter Kelly Kilbourn, great grandson Asher Kilbourn, and grandson Jacob Capone. Daughter Anita (Kirk) Miller, and granddaughter’s Leslie (Mike) Harris and Lori Sirmons.
Celebration of life will be held on January 7th 2023; 11:00-2:00 at the American legion, 115 North Niles Street; Paw Paw, Michigan 49079. Pastor Mark (New Hope Fellowship) to speak at 11:30 during this celebration of life. Following the service there will be visiting with family and friends along with food and stories about Myra and her life.
