Denise Cameron Bouchey, age 66 of Clare, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. Denise was born the daughter of Barbara (Poquette) Hilyard and Duncan Cameron on December 13, 1956 in Midland. She was united in marriage to Thomas James Bouchey on April 15, 1978. Denise worked many odd jobs until she and Tom took over the family excavating business, Bouchey and Sons Inc. in 1995, where she worked until retirement in 2013. Denise enjoyed supplying her grandchildren with a never ending supply of candy, going for drives with her friends and playing cards.
Denise is survived by her husband, Tom; two sons Jon (Kendra) Bouchey and Jack (Liz) Bouchey both of Farwell; her two brothers Nathan (Cheryl) Cameron of Indian River and Alec (Sheri) Cameron of Fort Worth, TX; five grandchildren, Jon (Kayla), James, Joseph, Cora and Jackson; along with many nieces and nephews and her lifelong friend Joann Davis. She was predeceased by her parents Duncan Cameron and Barbara (Kurt) Hilyard
Visitation and services will be held at the Clare Chapel of Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at 2 P.M. with Pastor Connie Bongard officiating.
