Connie Jean Musil, 80, of Farwell Michigan passed away at Schnepp Senior Care & Rehab Center in St. Louis Michigan on Monday November 21st. She leaves behind a large loving family that she was very proud of.
Connie was a loving Wife, friend, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Born on July 16th, 1942 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, She was the daughter of the late Harold “Slim”, and Mable Irene Foster. She graduated from Mt.Pleasant High School in 1960. On September 28, 1974 Connie was united in marriage to Jerry Musil.
Connie is the mother of four children whom she instilled her many passions of life with. She enjoyed camping, loved the Upper Peninsula and going north, horses, motorcycles but most of all spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Connie retired from Lobdell Emery after 30 years of service and was a dedicated UAW advocate. She was a master cook in the kitchen and was known for not holding back her opinion, and for telling it like it is. She always told the truth even if it wasn’t what you wanted to hear. She was truly genuine to a fault and sugarcoated nothing. She liked four letter words as much as her flower gardens.
She will be greatly missed and survived by; Her children, Son Todd (Margo)Bollinger of Blanchard, Daughter Tracy (Dave) Couturier of Farwell and Daughter Christa Bollinger of Clare. Her Grandchildren Sarah(Mark) Morrish of Blanchard, Samantha(Jacob Hotchkiss)Mulder of Cadillac, Steven(Amanda)Bate of Midland, Jessica(Cody)Gibson of Alma, (Late)Tyler Couturier, Patrick(Kimberly)Bollinger from Mt. Pleasant, Casey(Ryan)Hoffman of Worcester, Aaron Couturier(Farwell), John(Andrea)Bollinger of Midland, Dillon Bollinger(Bri Baxter) of Blanchard, and Jordan Prince of Florida. Great Grand Children: Abagail and Sadie Bollinger, Wyatt Mulder, Emmett and Logan Hotchkiss, Braxton and Baylor Gibson, Belle and William Bollinger, Logan and Leeland Bate.
She was preceded in death by her Husband Jerry Musil, Father Harold Foster, Mother Mable Foster, Brother Fred Foster, Son Randy Bollinger and Grand Son Tyler Courtier. All whom loved her dearly and will never forget her wit, grace, undying love and caring for them.
A private family “celebration of Life” will be held, in lieu of a service.
