MCBAIN – McBain’s girls track team was second in an eight-team Gladwin Frozen Feet meet on Wednesday.
The McBain boys were fourth.
For the boys, Ben Rodenbaugh was first in the high jump (6-2). Adam Koetje was third in the 3,200-meters (11:03.95).
For the girls, Peyton Grant was third in the 200-meters (28.43), and won the 400 meters (1:02.97). Chelsi Eisenga was second in the 800 meters 2:49.36.; Haley Miller was third in the 3200 meters (14:23.70).
The 4×200 relay team of Aubreu Vandepol, Karley Vandepolk, Ollivia Wilt and Peyton Grant was first (1:58.24). The foursome of Grant, Ayla Fredin, Chelsi Eisenga and Karley Vandepol was second in the 4×400 (4:40.49).
Allison Gladu won the shot put (31-7) and Isabel Roseveld took second in the shot (31-2) and first in the discus (104-3).
