Clare cross country boys run in Portage Invitational

The Clare cross country boys ran in the Portage Invitational at the Portage West Middle School on Oct. 7. They ended up coming in sixth overall as a team in the Division 3 race.
Brad White was 17th (16:40.0), Nic Porter was 23rd (16:52.7), Andrew Klaus was 28th (16:56.4), Connor Schmidt was 62nd (17:40.5), Caiden Gaskill was 93rd (18:14.6), Sutton Klaus was 150th (18:56.2) and Christian Villa-Bilton was 162nd (19:13.9).
The Pioneers’ next meet will be on Oct. 14 at the Freeland Falcon Invitational at Freeland’s Home Cross Country Course.
