A Salute to Veterans and First Responders Boat Parade and Flyover was held Aug. 20 in South Haven. Veterans started the day at 5 a.m. fishing on Lake Michigan, with a parade and The Hooligans Flyover at noon. Van Buren County Undersheriff Kevin Conklin, served as parade grand marshal.
