Debra Lamb Walters, 64, a resident of Montgomery, AL died Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Visitation will be Monday, January 23, 2023 at Leak Memory Chapel from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the church. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Bridgeview Baptist Church at 11:00 am. Graveside service will follow at Lafayette City Cemetery at 2:30 pm. Mrs. Walters was a member of Bridgeview Baptist Church. She loved and adored her grandchildren with all her heart. She enjoyed spending time traveling to watch her grandchildren play sports, serving food to neighbors in her community, and growing rose bushes. She loved to use Auburn football as a way to start conversations with everyone she met. She is preceded in death by her husband Dwight Walters, parents Billy Lamb and Maye Akins, brother Mark Lamb, father-in-law Billy Walters and close friend Ramona Jones. She is survived by her daughter Angela (TJ) Moulton, son Kevin (Nicole) Walters, grandchildren Trent Moulton, Lindsey Moulton, Bradley Walters, Harrison Walters and Evelyn Walters, sister Denise (Johnny) Maddox, brother Ed (Denise) Lamb, mother-in-law Faye Walters, brother-in-law Sidney (Sharon) Walters, close friend Sara Sprayberry and many loving nieces, nephews and other loving family members. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bridgeview Baptist Church, 1460 Anderson Rd., Montgomery, AL 36110.
