James Matthew Paulick (Poledick) – Age 44 unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, December 1st, 2022. He was born in Wayne County, Michigan to the parents of Terri Merrill of Lake, MI and Gerard Paulick of Green Bay, WI. James began working as a truck driver’s helper at the age of 17, before becoming his own boss as a tree specialist. He loved being his own boss. He enjoyed stargazing, the outdoors, gambling, and spending time with friends and family.
He is survived by his son, Mason, 2 granddaughters, Callie and Pasily Paulick of Mt. Pleasant, his mother and stepfather, Terri and James Merrill of Lake, 3 siblings, Kelly Mercer and J.C. Merrill, both of Lake, Nicole Merrill of Mt. Pleasant, as well as 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Margaret Paulick and Wilbur and Geraldine Wilson.
A cremation has taken place and there are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Farwell, MI.
