Coosa Valley jumped out to a 7 point lead, but the Rebels chipped away to tie it up with three minutes left to go in the first. Coosa Valley once again overpowered the Rebels leading by as much as 9 in the second. A three pointer and one by Cayden Hayley put the Rebels within one point, and another Cayden Hayley basket gave Chambers the lead, but two Coosa Valley three point baskets made the score 32-37 going into halftime.
Levi Waldrep got the comeback started in the third with a three pointer followed by a Braden Riley basket. Waldrep then tied it up and took the lead at the line by hitting both free throws, but Coosa Valley soared again leading 47-51 going into the last period of play. The Rebels held a 16-5 lead at the half. Jake Reames and Drew Sheppard took control of the boards getting both rebounds and shots in the third quarter to extend the Chambers lead 35-7, and the JV Rebels recorded a 42-9 win over Coosa Valley.
