LAWTON – Lawton football coach AJ High is excited with his team’s playoff prospects.
“We are playing at a high level, we have a six-game winning streak and finished the regular season 8-1,” he said.
Schoolcraft (7-2) will be playing at Lawton on Friday.
“Obviously, we were hoping for a No. 1 seed, but we are excited to play our rival again in front of our home crowd,” High said. “We know them very well, as this will be the eighth time we’ve played in the last five seasons, four of them in the playoffs.”
The key to getting a win “will be playing our brand of physical, aggressive football, and protecting the ball.”
