A Michigan man who dumped a woman’s body in a trash can has been sentenced.
UpNorthLive reports that Kyle Dickinson will serve 40 months to 10 years in prison after he was sentenced in Wexford County.
Dickinson pleaded guilty to concealing the death of an individual in July.
The plea came after 26-year-old Laken Marie Clark of Missaukee County was found dead in Haring Township on Dec. 15, 2022. She was found by a waste disposal worker, police said.
Dickinson was charged in March after prosecutors said Dickinson failed to report Clark’s death and moved her body four days after finding her dead of a possible overdose on Dec. 10.
Dickinson was also sentenced to serve 13 months to five years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a larceny charge in April.
