3 street projects to begin next week in Sturgis

Beginning next week, road construction crews will begin work on additional street improvements in several areas of the city of Sturgis. 

Barricades are being staged today, July 14^th, with 

Anticipated start date for the projects is July 19. 

Work will take place on the following streets:

• North Lakeview Avenue,  from East Lafayette to Allendale.
• South Nottawa Street, from East South Street to the brick portion of the road
• South Orange Street from West South Street to Wenzel.  

The Nottawa Street project is expected to get underway first, city officials said. 

Each project involves elements of milling and resurfacing.
