Obituary: Agnus Grace Conklin

Agnus Grace Conklin, one year old of Paw Paw, died following a car accident on June 2, 2023. She was born May 20, 2022, the daughter of Kenneth and Sasha (Ramsey) Conklin. Born with bright blue eyes and a radiating smile, she was adored by her family. Agnus loved being outside with the sunshine on her face. She loved taking golf cart rides and watching Cocomelon. Her sisters giggled while tickling her and hearing her laughter. Her parents knew how much she enjoyed jumping and bouncing. Music and fun lights made her smile so big. She has just started liking cereal and new foods. Some of her favorite new moments were crawling across the floor to pull herself up on the chair and smile so big when she was able to do it on her own. Every moment with Agnus will be remembered by all those who loved her.
Her family includes her parents: Ken and Sasha Conklin; her sisters: Serina Conklin, Scarlett Conklin, Allyssa Williams, and Allayna Williams; her grandparents: Kary Ramsey and Andy & Lou Ann Conklin; her great-grandma, Elaine Follis; her aunts & uncles: Kevin (Rini) Conklin, Ann (Jason) Cluff, Kelli (Rob) Brodhagen, Shannon (Nick) Stafford, Tawnya Raab, Jacob Freel, and Jeremiah Raab; her great-uncle & great- aunt, Jay and Barb Follis; and many cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by her grandpa, Wayman Ramsey, Jr.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, June 17th, from 12:00-2:00 PM at the Decatur V.F.W., 560 N Phelps St, Decatur, MI 49045.
Donations in memory of Agnus may be made to scholarships for her sister’s education. The Funds are being set up. Checks may be made out to her family.
