Sgt. Charles W. Brock, 86 of Columbus, GA passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at his brother’s home in Lanett, AL.
Public Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home in LaFayette.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, 2:00 pm CST at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church No. 1 in LaFayette, AL, Pastor Cornelius Reese, Officiating, Rev. Gary Fanning, Assisting. Burial will follow in Essie J. Handy Cemetery in LaFayette.
Sgt. Brock is survived by his daughter, Pamela Brock; son, Charles K. Brock (Lanessa); brother, Walter Brock; sisters: Pattie Hughes, Faye Brock and Carolyn James; nephews, Randall Brock (Tamara), Justin Brock and Derek James (Erica); nieces, Sabra Hughes, Dawn Ruth (Major), and Danielle James, and many grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
