On 5/16/23 at 1852 hours, Allegan County deputies responded to Hunters Glen Mobile Home Park for a report of a domestic assault that had taken place. Upon arrival, deputies learned that the suspect had threatened one of the residents of the home with a firearm while also assaulting another. The subject was believed to have barricaded himself inside of the home with a firearm after the other occupants had exited the building. The Allegan County SWAT Team responded, as well as crisis negotiators, and the subject exited the residence after several hours of negotiations. He was taken into custody for multiple offenses. His name is being withheld at this time.
